A study in mass, comfort, and elegance. Made by my own hand, born from a deep desire for balance, form, and craftsmanship. For years, I filled sketchbooks with lines, thoughts, and ideas. My starting point was my conviction that a new design should not only have a new form, but also a new function.
That thought guided me for years, but at the same time it also held me back.
I kept searching for something new in both form and function, until I realized that this constant drive for innovation was keeping me away from what felt real.

When I finally let go of that idea, something changed.
I started leafing through my old sketchbooks again, ten years of drawings and forgotten details.
And there, among the scattered lines and unfinished studies, I found what I had been searching for all this time.
The piece already existed, hidden in fragments, waiting to be brought together.
When those elements finally fell into place, the Easy Chair appeared almost spontaneously, as if simply remembering what it was always meant to be.

The volumes are pure and cylindrical, constructed from weight and calm proportions.
The shape feels timeless and grounded, simple yet vibrant.
The cylinders are both supportive and inviting; they can serve as a table, or simply as a quiet sculptural presence in the space.

The refinement grew during the process, inspired by my fascination with haute couture, where softness and precision come together in one gesture.
The folds in the leather appear spontaneous, but each one is formed by hand, with great care and intention.

The Easy Chair ultimately became what I'd been looking for all along: an honest and timeless piece. Made to last, crafted from natural materials, with the precision and patience that define true craftsmanship.
