DESCRIPTION
Perception lies at the core of this object.
The mirror is not there as a decorative element, but to fundamentally alter the perception of the object. Part of the object disappears, part becomes reflection, and part is completed by the viewer's imagination.
As a result, the way the object is experienced is constantly changing. Depending on the viewer's position, the light, and the surrounding space, it appears different every time. It is never fully revealed and never understood at first glance.
The form has been reduced to its absolute minimum. Through the smallest possible intervention, the object evokes emotion, curiosity, and wonder.
The construction and finish play an essential role. The almost obsessive level of craftsmanship and the complete mastery of the material down to the finest detail form the essence of the object.

Solid European walnut, mirror, natural oil finish.
